Hey, I'm Jean Pierre
From my earliest memories, the sounds of weightlifting bars clanging during my father's elite competitions marked the rhythm of my childhood. This powerful introduction to sports shaped my life, igniting a passion that quickly propelled me into basketball. My early selections, from regional teams to national squads, and my accelerated integration into France’s elite training programs signaled the start of an extraordinary journey.

A Vision Forged by Experience
My story isn't simply about accumulated expertise—it’s a dynamic narrative shaped by lived experience at every level of elite sports. As a talent scout, I have walked the complete path of a gifted young athlete, navigating both its highs and lows. My journey spans from early national selections, joining a prestigious "Pôle Espoirs" ahead of schedule, progressing into PRO A academy, training alongside professional teams, to experiencing the U.S. basketball scene firsthand. Each step profoundly enriched my perspective.
Later, I transitioned into scouting for NBA teams and leading American universities, briefly explored sports agency roles, and then shifted my focus to strategic economic development for over 15 years.
Simultaneously, my relentless dedication to mentoring and coaching led to creating Team Fikeo, Europe's first AAU team. For the past four years, I've dedicated my life entirely to transforming passionate athletes into accomplished champions, providing bespoke partnerships tailored for ambitious individuals ready to transcend their limits and excel at the highest levels.
